A SafetyCulture alternative when inspections aren't the whole job.

SafetyCulture began as iAuditor, and inspections remain at its core, with a large template library and a mobile app. Migna is a safety program in one system — the OSHA 300 log, permits, training expiry, SDS and Tier II, site sign-in — priced per company by the people on your roster.

SafetyCulture fits when…

A team whose safety work is mostly inspections and checklists, that wants to start free, and that is comfortable adding other tools for incidents, training and chemicals.

Migna fits when…

A contractor or industrial employer that has to run the whole program — recordkeeping included — and would rather have one system on its own database than four subscriptions.

Side by side

We do not publish SafetyCulture’s prices or make claims about their features we cannot stand behind. Where a row says “check” or “ask them”, that is the honest answer: confirm it with them for your use case. Corrections are welcome at info@mignasafetysolutions.com.

Crew loginsCrews never get logins. Public forms exist for some use cases; check whether your crews' work fits them.
Offline in the fieldIncident reports, observations, site audits and equipment inspections save on the phone and sync when it finds signal. Reports work on the no-login QR page too.Offline inspections are a core feature and work well.
OSHA 300 / 300A / 301Recordable incidents populate the Form 300, 300A and 301 and print on the official forms. Privacy-case handling is built in.Incident reporting exists. Confirm the 300A and 301 output against what you file.

Choose SafetyCulture if

  • Your work is inspections and checklists first, and a large template library saves you weeks.
  • You have a small team and want to start free, today, without talking to anyone.
  • You need integrations or an API now.

Choose Migna if

  • You need the OSHA 300, 300A and 301 produced from the incidents you already recorded, on the official forms.
  • Your crews will never install an app or keep a password, so per-seat pricing punishes the way you actually work.
  • You want permits, SDS with Tier II screening, training expiry, site sign-in and muster in the same system as the inspections.
  • You want your own database, not a tenant in a shared one.

What Migna does not do yet

No native integrations yet: Migna sits alongside a GC’s system rather than talking to it. Your own systems can read your records through our read-only REST API and hear about changes through signed webhooks, and everything you enter exports to CSV and JSON. No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and no third-party penetration test to date. The full list, and what we do have, is on our security page. If any of these decides it for you, we would rather you knew now.

See it before you talk to anyone.
